Please note: the Work Experimentation Pathway continues beyond this 14-day onboarding course. The remaining 10 weeks of activities, practical work exposure, and deeper competency development happen on an ongoing basis through mentorship, community delivery, enterprise practice, weekly reporting, and real assignments. In other words, this course launches you into the pathway, while the deeper growth and mastery of competencies continues as you participate and deliver outcomes week by week.

During the 14-day onboarding, we focus on three pillars, each weighted as shown to assess training mastery. Assessment is based on actual, verifiable impact and completed work.
