Role focus

The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by managing schedules, documentation, reporting, and information flow across teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-through on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and maintain action trackers.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Track tasks, deliverables, and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain organized digital records and filing systems.
  • Assist with basic data entry, Excel or Google Sheets updates, and summaries.
  • Coordinate information flow across teams and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any business-related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
