Functional Descriptions

1. Expert Consulting & Projects

Drives high-value consulting and project delivery by leveraging Expert and Associate Consultants, supported by Proposal Developers and Project Leads. Translates organizational needs into structured solutions (HR systems, performance frameworks, strategy) while integrating WEP talent into real assignments. Ensures quality delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue generation through scalable, project-based engagements.

2. Capability Development

Builds and transitions talent from learning to productive work through mentorship, career guidance, and the WEP programme. Oversees Mentorship & Learning Coordinators, HR & Culture, Program Admin, and Ambassadors to ensure structured training, discipline, and performance readiness. Serves as the core pipeline developing individuals from Learner to Expert and preparing them for deployment or consulting roles.

3. Technology (CTO)

Designs, develops, and maintains the TopSkills platform as the backbone of all operations. Enables talent tracking, task management, performance measurement, and client service delivery through integrated systems. Oversees backend, frontend, AI, and automation functions to ensure scalability, data integrity, and seamless user experience across all stakeholders.

4. Finance & Administration

Manages financial sustainability and operational efficiency through budgeting, payment processing, and administrative support. Oversees subscriptions, contractor payouts, and financial controls while supporting all departments with accurate records and coordination. Ensures compliance, accountability, and smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.

WEP (Core Engine)

WEP (Core Engine) shows how our work experience model operates by offering structured work experiments that transform learning into verifiable outputs. It enables participants to demonstrate skill, discipline, and delivery through guided tasks, evidence submission, and iterative feedback. Participants define their focus at intake, complete competency-based tasks, receive reviews, and progressively handle more complex work. Outputs are captured in a Talent Transcript, providing credible proof of capability and readiness for opportunities.
