Project Title: Rate of Reaction and Electrochemistry

Objective: Observe rate changes and explain redox and electrolysis.

Project Instructions:

  1. 1. Conduct a simple reaction and change one factor to observe rate.
  2. 2. Record observations and explain the factor effect.
  3. 3. Identify a redox or displacement reaction example.
  4. 4. Describe the parts of an electrochemical cell.
  5. 5. Explain one application of electrolysis.
  6. 6. Consult your coach where necessary.
