Objective: Build comprehension, vocabulary, and structured writing skills.

Project Instructions:

  1. 1. Read one comprehension passage and answer questions.
  2. 2. Choose one literary or non-literary text and write a short interpretation.
  3. 3. Draft a functional letter or report (1 page).
  4. 4. Write one composition paragraph with clear topic and support.
  5. 5. Consult your coach where necessary.

Evidence to Submit:

  • • Comprehension answers.
  • • Text interpretation notes.
  • • Functional writing and paragraph sample.

Accepted: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX (max 8MB).

Part C: Training Others

Guide a peer on comprehension and paragraph writing.

Guidance:

  • • Practice a short comprehension passage together.
  • • Discuss vocabulary meaning and usage.
  • • Help the learner write a paragraph with a clear topic sentence.

Reflection:

  • • What needed more explanation?
  • • What support do you need from your coach?

Competency Levels:

1 = Expectations not met

2 = Partially met

3 = Satisfactorily met

4 = Excellently met

Coach assessment: Learner completes the self-assessment using the 1-4 scale. The coach prepares a short quiz or conversation (outside the system if needed) and assigns the coach score.
