Project Title: Transformations and Data Analysis

Objective: Demonstrate transformation skills and analyze a simple dataset.

Project Instructions:

  1. 1. Perform two transformations on a shape (with diagrams).
  2. 2. Carry out an experimental probability activity and record outcomes.
  3. 3. Compute theoretical probability for the same activity.
  4. 4. Collect a small dataset and present it in a table or chart.
  5. 5. Calculate mean, median, and mode and interpret the results.
  6. 6. Consult your coach where necessary.

Evidence to Submit:

  • • Transformation diagrams.
  • • Probability results and calculations.
  • • Data table/chart and central tendency measures.

Submission

Accepted: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX (max 8MB).

Part C: Training Others

Guide a peer on transformations and data analysis.

Guidance:

  • • Demonstrate two transformations on a shape.
  • • Explain experimental vs theoretical probability.
  • • Show how to compute mean, median, and mode.

Reflection:

  • • What did the learner understand well?
  • • What needed more explanation?
  • • What support do you need from your coach?

Submission

Accepted: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX (max 8MB).

Part D: Assessment

Competency Levels:

1 = Expectations not met

2 = Partially met

3 = Satisfactorily met

4 = Excellently met

Coach assessment: Learner completes the self-assessment using the 1-4 scale. The coach prepares a short quiz or conversation (outside the system if needed) and assigns the coach score.

Self-assessment:

  • • Transformations:
  • • Probability concepts:
  • • Statistics and interpretation:
