Objective: Identify energy conversions and calculate work and power in a simple task.

Project Instructions:

  2. 2. Describe two energy conversions in daily life.
  3. 3. Calculate work done for lifting an object (W = F x d).
  4. 4. Compute power using time taken (P = W/t).
  5. 5. Consult your coach where necessary.
